REGISTRATION & TRIP INFO

Mission Week: July 27th – 30th

*Due to COVID 19 restrictions, we’ve adjusted our summer missions opportunity to a small group format and short daytime projects.*

This year, we will be doing a food drive for Tamina Community Center, working with Interfaith’s – Hand Me Up Shop & Veggie Village, and projects for Say Yes to Youth.  Each day students will be dropped off and picked up by their parents at the specific sites.  The drop off time is 8:30am to meet our adult volunteers at the site.  We will serve throughout the morning and end our time with fellowship & devotional together. We will break up groups into small groups and send out specific work sites as we get closer to the date.

 

Supplies to bring:

Mask (there will be breaks to take off, and some outside sites may not require)

Gloves (work gloves for projects or gardening)

Wear T-shirt & Shorts, closed toe shoes (If you have a Student Ministry shirt or Church shirt, even better!)

Sack lunch or snack

Water bottle

Sunscreen, hat, or sun glasses (most projects are outside, we want you to stay cool)

Cost: $30 for the week or $10 a day.

If you can only make a portion of the week, for this trip that is okay! We want to create opportunities to get everyone into action, and serving our community! During registration it will ask you to specify your student’s availability. Scholarships available as needed!
